A Hot New Swim Collaboration Just Dropped
From Nantucket to Palm Beach, Alice + Olivia and PQ Swim’s Capsule Makes a Splash

What happens when a fashion house known for vibrant florals and bold patterns teams up with a design-driven swimwear brand? The answer comes in Alice + Olivia’s latest collaboration with PQ Swim. This week, the two brands unveiled a limited-edition swimwear capsule rich with color and statement prints inspired by iconic vacation communities.
Designed for effortless transition from poolside to beach, the collection includes ten bikini sets and five one-piece silhouettes. For devotees of the brand, the collab should feel like a natural extension to Alice + Olivia’s ready-to-wear collection. “The femininity, color, and playful sexiness of Alice + Olivia translates perfectly into swimwear, so every piece feels confident, flattering, and ready to be seen,” says Stacey Bendet, founder and creative director of Alice + Olivia.
Alice + Olivia’s Spring prints adorn PQ’s sculptural Colombian-made bikinis while precision-engineered shaping, rich embroidery, elegant macramé, and reversible constructions reflect the strengths of both brands. “The PQ girl and the Alice + Olivia girl are made to stand out, and this collaboration celebrates that shared spirit,” says Amber Forge, Founder of PQ Swim.

The two-drop collaboration takes cues from beloved coastal enclaves, with each release paying homage to equally elegant yet stylistically differing vacation spots. If scenes of manicured lawns and hydrangeas in full bloom evoke deep Nantucket summer nostalgia, the first drop is for you. “Each Coast Americana,” launched on March 11, merges sporty yet sexy silhouettes with a vibrant red-white-and-blue palette. One look at their Sport Top and I was already envisioning my Memorial Day Weekend. The nautical motifs, stripes, and scallops perfectly channel a breezy, idyllic atmosphere.
The counterpart drop—”Palm Beach Glamour”—arrives in April, turning to the alluring pastels, palm prints, and Slim Aarons-esque mystique down South. The handwoven macramé halter in Vivid Pink is reminiscent of the golden era of 1960s Palm Beach fashion. Meanwhile, the Cross Front one-piece in Golden Coast beckons oversized sunglasses and a country-club pour of chardonnay. Each charming print, artisanal accent, and flattering cut work together to achieve Bendet and Forge’s shared mission for their brands: to empower women to feel confident and unapologetically themselves in everything they wear.
Whether you find yourself in Palm Beach or Cape Cod or simply daydreaming of sunny days during this never-ending winter, this collaboration brings style to any warm weather escape.
